Ana Chioru is currently a PhD student in the Department of Food and Nutrition at the Technical University of Moldova in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, a position she has held since January 1, 2023. Her research focuses on advancing knowledge in food science, nutrition, and health, contributing to the development of innovative solutions for improving food quality and safety. Ana actively engages in experimental research, data analysis, and collaborative projects aimed at addressing contemporary challenges in the food industry.
