Elena Railean is a distinguished academic and researcher with a Ph.D. in Pedagogy, currently serving as an Associate Professor at multiple prestigious institutions including the American University of Moldova, Ion Creanga Pedagogical State University, and the University of Political and Economic European Studies ‘C. Stere’. With a prolific output, she has authored or coordinated over 100 scientific publications in applied learning theory, design, and methodology.In addition to her academic roles, Elena holds significant positions such as the Vice-Chief of the Project Management Department at the European University of Moldova and Senior Researcher at the Academy of Sciences of Moldova.
