Lica Erhan is a lecturer at the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, specializing in economics, SMEs development, finance accounting, and audit innovation. She has been working at ASEM since 2007 and has received a Diploma of Honor from the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova. Erhan has published several articles on policies for small and medium-sized enterprises' development in Moldova, and her research has been cited in various academic publications. She was born in 1984 in Chisinau, Moldova.
