Liliana Ceclu is an associate professor and doctor of economics from Moldova. She is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Engineering, and Applied Sciences at the Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu State University in Cahul, Moldova. She has published research on topics such as biopolymers from food waste and the circular economy as a tool to stop environmental degradation. She has also served as the president of the organizing committee for a national scientific-practical conference on innovation.
