Liubovi Zastinceanu is a Moldovan citizen who works at the State University "Alecu Russo" in Balti, Moldova. She is a doctor in pedagogy and has published a thesis on adaptive training in primary education. Zastinceanu has also worked on the curriculum for mathematics in high school and has written a guide for teachers. She offers consultations to students and is involved in research on differentiated education technology, problem-solving technology, and critical thinking development technology. Additionally, Zastinceanu has contributed to the study of geometry in centers of excellence and the impact of the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics, and Information Technologies. Outside of her work, she is a refugee from Ukraine and has spoken about how the war there has united people and made them stronger.
