Oxana Chisari-Lungu is a doctor in law and a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the State University of Moldova. She is also a researcher in the field of public law and has published several articles on the subject. Chisari-Lungu has a PhD in law and her thesis focused on the modernization of the national justice system. She has also been involved in research on social assistance reform.
