Rurac Mihail is a Doctor of Philosophy and Associate Professor at the Technical University of Moldova. He is a specialist in Soil Management, Weed Sciences, and Agricultural and Extension Education. He has published several research papers and has been cited by others in his field. He is also a consultant for Proteh Agro, SRL and a moderator of CoP in Climate Smart Agriculture for FAO.
