Viorel Prisacari is a Moldovan epidemiologist, doctor, and professor. He was born on March 26, 1946, in Gașpar, Edineț. He is a member of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova and a pro-rector in science issues at the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Nicolae Testemițanu".
