Viorica Șaitan is a psychologist and researcher from Moldova. She is affiliated with the Moldova State University and the State Agency for Intellectual Property of the Republic of Moldova. Her research focuses on the work-family conflict, organizational support, emotional exhaustion, and life satisfaction of employees in Moldova. She recently completed her doctoral thesis in psychology on the cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions of the work-family conflict. Additionally, Viorica Șaitan is the founder of Viorica Cosmetic MD, a company that offers cosmetic products and services in Moldova.
