Kaddoumi joined Medtronic in 2012 as vice president and managing director for the Middle East and Africa and assumed his current role in October 2022. Medtronic employs 3,000 people across 102 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In 2022, the company opened a diabetes clinic in Saudi Arabia in collaboration with the Ministry of Health to improve patient outcomes and care for type 1 diabetes across the kingdom.
