The interactive Diet and Activity Tracker (iDAT) is a free app from the Health Promotion Board (HPB). The app, which is useful for weight loss monitoring, allows the user to track his/her calories consumed against the calories burned. The Diet Tracker helps user search for a meal to track your consumed calories, from a large database of common Singaporean dishes and snacks.
