START Global is a student-run initiative from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland that is supported by the START Foundation. Their goal is to shape a new generation of entrepreneurs who can solve society's challenges and take advantage of new opportunities in technology. They focus on emerging technologies such as Blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, and AI and organize events like the START Hack and START Summit to support young entrepreneurs and provide solutions to real case problems presented by corporate partners. START Summit is Europe's biggest student-run conference for entrepreneurship and technology, with over 6,000 participants from more than 80 nations. START Global is the leading student initiative for new technologies and entrepreneurship in Europe.
