MHM Solutions (Menstruation Health Management Solutions) is an initiative of Just a Cup. It supplies a range of reusable products that are suited to the age of the girls that are receiving and using them, and have developed a wide range of services to provide NGOs and organisations with the solutions they need to integrate MHM into their programmes. Its chatbot Just My Period in English has regular users in Botswana, India, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania and South Africa.
