Galenus Scientific is a privately-owned company founded by Prashant Deshpande, MD, and Ajay Bhagwat, MSECE, in 2013. Galenus is incorporated in the state of Illinois, with the vision of providing medical solutions in the m-health domain. The company is a joint venture between Logimed, LLC, an Illinois-based company, and Renu Electronics, based in India.
