APU Mental Wellness, also known as MeWe, is a student-centered organization dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellness of APU students. They offer mental health and wellness consulting services through their Counseling and Wellness Center (CWC), providing a safe and confidential space for students to address various issues. MeWe aims to be the first choice for APU students seeking mental health and wellness support. Their activities include spreading awareness about mental health and addressing topics such as behavioral changes, emotional challenges, family dynamics, and goal setting.
