Doro Care develops and sells electronic products, primarily in the telecommunications sector. Its products include Telecom in Care Electronics, which provides mobile phones, cordless and corded phones, remote controls, alarm clocks and headsets, among others, mHealth, which provides mobile-based services in the health sector, such as Doro 3.0, the mobile application for Android telephones, and CareTech, entailing information technology (IT) solutions like IT outsourcing and Web products and services such as content management as well as document management, among others. This range of products is available through several sales channels, including telecom operators and retailers in more than 40 countries. Jan-Erik Larsson founded CareTech on February 28, 1990 until its merger with Doro as Doro Care, with its headquarters in Kalix in Sweden and a branch in the United Kingdom.
