Ayanda Biosystems is a company that creates and produces 60 channel Multi Electrode Arrays (MEA) for in-vitro measurements of electrically active cell cultures. Their technology is based on "smart" Petri dishes that have microfabricated electrodes integrated into them. The company's developments were made at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
