Gündoğdu Mobilya was founded in the 1980s by Aydın Gündoğdu in Trabzon, Turkey. The company started as a marketing and distribution firm for various products before entering the furniture industry. In 1993, Gündoğdu Mobilya established a fully integrated production facility in Trabzon Organized Industrial Zone, where it produces a wide range of furniture products, including sofas, beds, office furniture, and kitchen sets. The company has over 100 factory outlets across Turkey and exports to several countries in Europe and Asia. Gündoğdu Mobilya aims to increase its factory outlets to at least 150 and expand its export markets while providing employment for around 1500 people.
