Ozics is a company founded by experts in orthopaedic surgery and biomaterial science. They have developed a range of surgical implants made of a composite material that can be injected to provide custom-made, intra-bony implants. Their first product, CompO6\u2122, is an injectable bone cement used for vertebral compression fractures and to aid screw purchase in trauma procedures throughout the entire skeleton. Ozics aims to develop a range of materials and implants that deliver clinical benefits and bring to the market a minimally invasive fracture fixation system for load-bearing fractures, such as hip, as a stand-alone device allowing immediate unassisted mobility.
