On November 20, 2019, Chamber I of the Disciplinary Court of the Bar Association ofthe Federal Capital suspended his enrollment fora period of one year, a measure that does not prevent him from exercising because the sentence was not final when it was appealed to the Justice. The Disciplinary Court found that Ana Rosenfeld violated one of the ethical principles (professional secrecy). The violation of profes- sional secrecy would have occurred when he revealed conversations he had with his then client Juan Darthés. Rosenfeld's response to the suspension of her registration was: "They condemn me for being a woman; I'm going to take this to court. He also maintained: "I never revealed, nor will I reveal the things that Mr. Juan Darthés told me, the day I made the decision, as a woman, to withdraw from his defense"
