She attended the University of Buenos Aires from 1982-1985, obtaining a B.S. in Economics. At theage of 21, she co-founded Los Grobo with her father and brother. Grobocopatel is the chairwoman of the Foundation for Responsible Leadership and Organizations (FL.O.R.). F.L.OR's activities include training courses with the ob- jective of women reaching decision-making positions, and promotingwomen's finan- cial independence. Flor Foundation organizes an annual diversity awards ceremony which gives recognition tocompanies who have a diverse workforce and leadership. Grobocopatel is also a member of the Advisory Board at the Herbet Business School of the University of Miami. Grobocopatel is the director of the family busi- ness office in UADE university. She is a member of Marianne, French & Argentinian Women's Association. Grobocopatel was an Argentine representative in the W20 fo- rum in 2018, which forms part of the G20 summit held in Argentina, whereshe par- ticipated as co-chair. Grobocopatel hasreceived recognition from various publications including Women Who Rock, and the International Finance Corporation where she was selected as one of 20 trailblazers in women'sleadership.
Grobocopatel is a speaker in corporate governance, family business, gender and diversity. She has participated in various national and international conferences, ni- cluding parliamentary seminars, and the World Economic Forum.
