Son of Gerardo Werthein. Gregorio Werthein is Co-Chief Executive Officer Replay Acquisition Corp, currently serves as a board member and an executive committee member of Transportadora de Gas del Sur SA (NYSE: TGS). Previously, he served as an Executive Managing Director of Werthein Group (2012 to 2019), and also as a board member of GNNW S.A., Experta ART and Cachay S.A. Mr. Gregorio Werthein received an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Bue-nos Aires in 2008, an MBA from Columbia Business School in 2011 and participated in the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School in 2017. In addition, as a former Olympic athlete, he is president of the Argentine Equestrian Federation and is an adviser to the Argentine Olympic Committee. The Argentine Equestrian Federation (FEA) in conjunction with its associated entities, is the national organization that attends to all aspects of equestrian work, having as a starting point the ethical codes of a noble sport par excellence. Currently the Federation is made up of some 400 active equestrian clubs throughout the country and 400 clubs that are not active. There is also a group of clubs that are not affiliated with the FEA and practice at an initial activity level. The FEA brings together some 3,000 riders and as many federated horses. Since its inception, the Federation organizes and supervises, on a regular basis local, national and international competitions.
