She si the daughter of Roland Copé. She founded the lawyering office in1992 and her activity was divided in the law of audiovisual and the law of family before deciding to dedicate totally to the law of family, physical persons and their properties. When it is possible, shesuggests tothe clients to use alternative methods of settling the litigations (ADR) and uses motivated negotiations and active listening. For Isabelle, the human and psychologic dimension is as essential as the legal aspects. If the discussion is not possible, she undertakes legal mesures having the idea that ti will be possible surely to retake the dialogue and to search an amiable solution at a more opportune moment. For 30 years, she made available to her clients her expe- rience and the experience of professionals with whom she usually works as notaries, tax specialists in order to approach all aspects of the situation that has to be taken into consideration. She is mentioned by the National Lawyers Mediation Center (CNMA) and member of the European Mediators Association, intervening regularly as medi- ator upon request of colleagues or magistrates.
