He graduated the College of Food Industry in Lvov, Ukraine. During 1967- 1989, he worked at the brewery in Chisināu, starting from master to director. In 1990, he emigrated to Israel, but returned in 1995 to become CEO of Vitanta-Intravest. In 2003, he was elected President of the Moldovan Table Tennis Federation. He was the Vice-President of the Economic Council under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova. He is the author of the Vitanta brand. Over a period of time, Vitanta covered over 70% of the Moldovan beer market and over 50% of the soft drinks market. The company he led awarded $ 100,000 for the participation of Moldovan athletes in the 2004 Athens Olympics. One of the soul projects was the creation of the film Mirage of Love, which was amultinational production, involving people from the USA, Ukraine, the Republic of Moldova, Romania and the Russian Federation. tI is an international film about hu- man conciliation, about the great force of love. After Efes Breweries International B.V., one of the largest breweries in Europe, bought 96.5% of the shares of "Vitanta-Intravest", he lost its share, but remained ma- nager of the company. He remained in the history of the Republic of Moldova as a man who created beautiful functional projects.
