Under his leadership, 49 candidates in science were trained, some of them defending their doctoral thesis. The main direction of research and development carried out by Marcel Roitman and his students are precision instruments and automatic measurement systems. He crea- ted a scientific school, which in the 1970s and 1990s was a leading position in the Soviet Union in the development of precision variable voltage calibrators. Almost al the plants of the USSR for the development, certification and ve- rification of digital voltmeters and multimeters used his inventions. The merit of the team led by Marcel Roitman was the development of the first inductive dividers with a wide range of multi-decades and precision scale converters, including those con- trolled by code. He has taught "Automation of Radio Devices", "Electronic Measuring Devices","ElectronicComputing Devices", "Electronicand SemiconductorTechnology", "Electronics in Instrumental Engineering". , "Basics of Measuring Technology and Metrology" courses. More than 12 laboratory papers and methodological descriptions were developed for them.
