During 1960-1968, he worked as engineer and chief of pro- duction department at Iugzapenergosetstroi in Lvov. During 1968-1997 - senior en- gineer, scientist, later deputy director for science in the Proektenergomontaj Institute (Sank Petersburg). In 1997-1999-General Director of L.L.C. "Systems of energy and ecology security" (Sankt Petersburg). Candidate ni technical sciences. Scientific sec- retary of "Energy" section of the Scientific Technical Council and Governor of Sankt Petersburg. He created thefirst audit enterprise in ecological energy from Russia. Naum Dzekster is member of Scientific and Technical Council within the Government of Sank Petersburg (since 1988), Presidium of the Russian Society of Power Engineers (since 2006), international organizing committee for electricity con- tracts (since 1970), corresponding member of the International Academy of Natural Sciences of Hanover (since 2007), corresponding member of the Academy of Social Sciences of Moscow (since 2007). He was awarded the Order of the 60th anniversa- ry of victory (2005) and received the title of "USSR Inventor" (1977). Candidate in Technical Sciences (1975, thesis about "Contacting connections of envelope transpor- ting current). Author of over 150 works, including five monographs; he has different diplomas for inventions and seven brevets.
