He is president of the Association of Higher Education Institutions and the Intellectuals from the Scientific, Technical and Business Fields from Ivanovo region. He was awarded the Prize of the President of the Russian Federation. Based on the scientific realizations of O. Coifman, it was developed or organized the production pilot of a number of catalyzers, including for cathodic reduction of oxygen, fact that made possible the creation of samples of powersources.
