Her mother was born in Bessarabia. She graduated Bar-Ilan University and has
attended two Masterdegrees. She is specialist in politology, public administration, -fi nancial management, internal and state audit. She occupied the position ofcounselor
of the Ministry of Culture of Israel and chief of the ministry of culture apparatus. During 2008-2014, she was attaché in the field oftourism in CIS states and counsellor of the embassy of Israel in the Russian Federation. Previously, she was the director NAALE project within the Israel Goldstein Youth Center of Jerusalem. She was member of the board of directors of the National Association of Public Cultural
Centers (MATNAS), where she ran the committees of public relations and audit and
represented the board of directors of World Jewish Cultural Centers (WICC); member of board of directors of Jerusalem Organization for community centers, administra-
tion and local administration.
NATIV is an Israeli governmental agency, reported to the Office of
Government's head, created to communicate with the Jewish from the Soviet Union and the countries of Eastern Europe; it coordinates the fight for their right of repatria-
tion and organization of their departure to Israel. NATIV si an agency issuing perma- nent visas, examines the documents of a person who wishes to leave for Israel. There
are more Israeli Cultural Centers in CIS working under the aegis of NATIV.
