Director of education in 1958 at the head of the Gran Colombia normal school;
Between 1959 and 1961, she was the Founding Director of the Experimental Institute
for Teacher Training. In 1963 she was appointed Head of the Technical Division of
the Directorate of Secondary, Higher and Special Education as a start of promotion in
the Ministry of Secondary, Higher and Special Education. In 1965 he went to Paris to UNESCO where he did Postgraduate Studies at the International Institute for Educational Planning, at the fourth level. It returns in 1967 always located in the field of Education. In March 1974 she was appointed Vice Minister of Education until December 1975.First Presidentofthe Gran Mariscalde Ayacucho ScholarshipPlan, newly
