His father, Jean Sirkis was born in Chisinau. He began his career in 1983 at the CLT (Compagnie Luxembourgeoise de Télévision, RTL Luxembourg) in the team re- sponsible for setting up a commercial television channel in France, until the start of M6 (of which the CLT would only be shareholder part). He then refused a job at M6 in Paris and became independent. Producer director of advertising and corporate programs, he has composed mu- sic for advertising and documentary films (including La BD is 100 years old in 1996 with his brother Stéphane). He helped his brothers produce theIndochinemusic video Kao Bang 8 in 1984. In 1993, he broadened his professional horizon and developed his activities in France. He produces and directs programs for the Euro RSCG group, including an award-winning campaign at the Biarritz Festival in 1993. He also de- veloped the audiovisual component at the Eurockéennesde Belfort from 1994 to 1998, applying production methods then not widely used in festivals. in France: concert recording and sound recording system, Franco-Anglo-Japanese co-productions and creation of Franco-English teams to capture alarge number of concerts that have be- come historic for some: Best-of Belfort 94-95 (Simply Sampling Belfort - Arte), Best-of Belfort 96, 97, 98. Radiohead Special (IT'V, FujiT'V), Lou Reed Halloween Special 96 (ABC-TV), Arte Live July 97and 98 (Noir Désir, Iggy Pop, Jean-Louis Aubert...).
