Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi is an Emirati politician and businesswoman who is the Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development for the United Arab Emirates. She has held the position since October 2017. Previously she was the Minister of State for Federal National Council Affairs from February 2016 to October 2017. She has also been the chairperson of the twofour54 since 2012 and of Abu Dhabi Media since 2017. From 5 July 2020, she is the Minister of Culture and Youth. Since she became a minister, She has contributed in many social events within and outside of the country.
