After graduating with a Mathematics degree, Pete joined GEC in 1984 as a trainee. He has since worked as a Software Engineer, in Management Development, as an HR Manager, and in Compensation and Benefits, before becoming the company's Head of Pensions in 2003. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
