This person is a self-employed consultant with expertise in designing and supervising the construction of structures for sports and recreational activities. Prior to starting their own business, they worked as a General Manager and Technical Manager at Bebeco Solutions Srl, where they were responsible for setting development objectives, identifying business opportunities, and managing employees. They implemented and maintained a quality management system certified according to ISO 9001 standards and initiated a new field of activity: organizing activities for outdoor team building events. They are currently a Managing Partner at Kipo, where they design team building programs and facilitate events. They are also responsible for identifying new potential customers and managing existing ones. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Gheorghe Asachi​ Technical University of Iași and are an outdoor enthusiast.
