Traian is a highly accomplished business professional with a passion for startups and entrepreneurship. As a co-founder member at Business Angels Moldova, he invests in early-stage startups and helps them grow. He is also a partner at XY Partners, a leading startup incubator in Moldova, where he provides deep operational support to startups. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Traian has played a key role in shaping the IT and startup ecosystem in Moldova. He has also held management positions at #UnArtOras, Vintage.vg, Ignite Talks PBC, Tekwill, and iHUB. Traian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Economics and Management from Jacobs University Bremen.
