Lupan Oleg is a highly accomplished professor at the Technical University of Moldova. He holds a Doctor Habilitate and a Ph.D. in Nanoelectronics and Nanotechnology, as well as a Master's degree in Microelectronics and Semiconductor Devices. With over 178 publications, including books, book chapters, and patents, Lupan is a renowned expert in his field. He has also held various post-doctorate positions at prestigious institutions such as Kiel University, the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, and the University of Central Florida. Lupan is a member of two PhD juries and an official referee for PhD dissertations. He is also a WoS Highly Cited Researcher HCR - 2018, cross-field, TOP 1%.
