Victor Sagaidac is a highly experienced senior executive with a background in finance and IT. He is currently the Chief Information Officer at Orange Moldova, responsible for IT, data, and digital transformation. Prior to this role, he was in charge of information security, cyber security, and data protection as the CSO/CISO. With a strong track record in defining and driving IT and IT security strategies, digital and data transformation programs, and corporate transformation and change programs, Victor is a skilled projects and programs manager. He holds a Master's degree in Economic Sciences and Financial Banking Administration, as well as a Licentiate in Economics, Banks, and Stock Exchanges. He is also a certified Chief Information Officer from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
