The Head of the United Nations and Specialized Agencies Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova is an experienced diplomat and international relations expert. With a Master's degree in International Relations from China Foreign Affairs University and a Bachelor's degree in International Law from Moldova State University, they have also completed further studies at the Clingendael Institute of International Relations and the Diplomatische Akademie Wien. They have held various positions in the Moldovan government, including as First Secretary at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Moldova to the United Nations in New York and as Head of the International Relations Service at the Ministry of Youth and Sport.
