This person is a User Experience Researcher at Amazon and a Board Member/UX Lead at iMiracleProject. With a Ph.D. in Human Computer Interaction from Iowa State University, they have published four peer-reviewed articles, taught eight undergraduate and graduate courses at three universities, and received several awards, including the Iowa State University Research Award and Iowa State University Teaching Award. They are also actively involved in the Minneapolis City of Lakes Rotary Club, where they hold various positions, including Club Service Chair and Social Media Coordinator.
