Sergiu Sisianu is a researcher and academician from Moldova, currently affiliated with the Technical University of Moldova. He has published numerous articles in the field of microelectronics and information technologies, with over 1,700 citations to his name. Sisianu has also been involved in scientific research on the physical basis of reliability and degradation processes in microelectronic materials and devices, and has received recognition for his work in this area. He holds a Doctor Habilitate in Physics from the Academy of Sciences of Moldova and has served as a scientific research coordinator at the Technical University of Moldova.
