Natalia Bodiul is a Moldovan film director and animator, born on July 14, 1949, in Chișinău. She is the daughter of Ivan Bodiul, a former communist leader in the Moldavian SSR. Bodiul studied at the Moscow State Institute of Cinematography and worked for the Moldova-Film studio as a director and animator. She has directed several animated films, including "Melodia," "Scara," "Elegie," and "Bătrânul." Bodiul is also a painter and has received recognition for her contributions to Moldovan culture. She has been awarded an insignia for her work in the arts.
