Otilia Barbuța is a Principal at HP Tech Ventures, where she invests in deep tech and climate tech solutions that can advance the future of work, compute, and manufacturing. She is passionate about promoting sustainability and discovering new materials and methods to decarbonize the IT sector and larger economy. Otilia also runs HP's Startup Accelerator Program and is the creator and host of the Leadership Speaker Series "Thriving in Extraordinary Times". Additionally, she actively champions the professional growth and empowerment of women within HP and beyond as the chair of HP's Women's Network.
