Sabina Sandigursky is a rheumatologist who has conducted research on the safety and effectiveness of combination versus monotherapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors for cancer patients, particularly those with preexisting autoimmune disease. She has also studied the risk of toxicity after initiating immune checkpoint inhibitor treatment in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
