Stela Lupushor is the Chief-Reframer at Reframe.Work Inc. and co-author of "Humanizing Human Capital: Invest in Your People for Optimal Business Returns” and "Humans At Work: The Art and Practice of Creating the Hybrid Workplace". She works with startups and venture funds to improve the workplace and workforce experience, consults organizational leadership on creating great workplace experiences, and teaches Digital Workplace Design and Design Thinking at NYU School of Professional Studies. Stela Lupushor is also the co-founder of the Strategic HR Analytics Meet-up and a sought-after speaker on the topics of People Analytics and the Future of Work. She has a background in Mathematics and Computer Science and has previously worked at Fidelity Investments, TIAA, IBM, Price Waterhouse, and PwC Consulting.
