Stella Neyman is a professional who has been appointed as the new country representative for Moldova in the Western NIS Enterprise Fund (WNISEF), an international investment fund. She has also been appointed as Chief of Cabinet of Prime Minister's Office of Natalia Gavrilita. Stella is leading WNISEF’s strategic initiatives in the region and is currently working as Manager at Aspen Institute Romania Chișinău Office. She has an extensive experience in the field of investment and finance.
