Tatiana Scetinina is the Director of Data Science at AstraZeneca and has over 20 years of experience in SAS programming for drug development in the pharmaceutical industry. She has successfully led complex programs of work with multiple interdependent projects and activities leading to regulatory approval. Tatiana has a broad understanding of clinical drug development and the pharmaceutical environment from Phase I to IV. She has experience leading global NDA/BLA submissions, regulatory response, and Advisory Committee Meeting preparations. Tatiana has also managed and negotiated with multiple third-party suppliers and actively contributed to risk identification, mitigation, and escalation. She possesses strong technical and project management skills to deliver all programming components of a submission to time and quality and to represent programming on a cross-functional team. Tatiana is effective in managing, developing, and leading a large team of people in different locations. In 2018, she joined the Data Science & AI group to pursue her passion and career interests in finding new ways to explore data to help patients.
