Artur Lapicus is a distinguished telecommunications expert with extensive experience in network architecture and deployment, particularly within mobile backhaul networks, GERAN/UTRAN/LTE mobile networks, and IP/MPLS and Ethernet technologies. His career includes significant roles such as the Head of FTTH Deployment at Orange and Technical Expert of NOC at RENAM Association. Artur has also imparted his knowledge as a Senior Lecturer at the Technical University of Moldova, specializing in Radioelectronics and Telecommunication.Artur holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications and an Engineer's degree in Radioelectronics. His technical proficiency spans across IP/MPLS technology, Ethernet technology, and traditional and packet-based point-to-point microwave radio systems. He has played pivotal roles in major projects like the migration of Orange Moldova Mobile PS Core Network and the rollout of Orange Moldova 3G+ Service.Fluent in Romanian, Russian, and English, Artur combines his deep technical expertise with strong communication skills.
