Natalia Bejan is the Executive Director at Startup Moldova Foundation, responsible for developing the long-term strategy of the Foundation and its operational execution. She has experience in project management and consulting, having delivered projects in 15 countries, for financial institutions from Europe and Asia. She also co-founded a non-governmental organization named gyneco.md, aiming to facilitate the access to sexual and reproductive health education and services in Moldova. She has worked as the Head of HC Pay at Home Credit China and as the Chief Customer Officer at RIXO.
