Alexander Stetsenko is a seasoned professional with a strong background in energy and infrastructure development. With experience in leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, including as CEO of Teplotvor LTD and Head of Real Estate Projects Development Department at OLYMP Alcohol Company, Alexander has a proven track record of success. He has also contributed to various international development projects, such as serving as Energy Team Lead/Public Infrastructure Team Lead for the USAID ERA project at DAI and as a National Expert for Support of RDA in Luhansk and Donetsk Region for UNDP Ukraine. Alexander holds a degree in World Economy & International Economic Relations and has completed advanced security training with the United Nations. His diverse experience includes roles such as Project Manager for EU funded project “Improving access to water in the conflict-affected community of Kreminna” and Regional Coordinator in East Ukraine for the USAID Municipal Energy Reform in Ukraine Project. With fluency in English, French, Russian, and Ukrainian, Alexander is a versatile professional with a passion for driving impactful change in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
