Kevin Joinson is a Data Science & AI Leader who is currently serving as the Head of Data Science & Analytics at Takeda. He holds a Master's degree in AI and is a Doctorate candidate for two DBAs. Kevin is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt, TPM Instructor (JIPM), and WCM practitioner. He has expertise in data science, AI, process automation, decision intelligence, and Artificial General Intelligence. Kevin has received the "Process Miner of the Year" award for his work at GSK for a data science algorithm that enables an understanding of process cost in ERP systems. He has led the data science element in the initiative for Augmented Data Management, which was a finalist for the 2021 Gartner Innovation Award for life sciences. Kevin has achieved results in global functions across multiple categories for harmonization of processes for over 300 production sites at a global level in FMCG, numerous savings across pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare environments.
