Rahul Das is a Vice President of AI and Life Sciences Solutions at Norstella. He has over 15 years of experience in executing and leading AI/ML and computational sciences projects to solve multi-scale biological and healthcare problems in diverse disease areas. He is an expert in multimodal Machine Learning, Data Science, LLM, NLP, and Computational Biology, and has domain knowledge in oncology/biology/disease areas. Rahul is passionate about bettering translational precision medicine, clinical development, and patient engagement. He has received several awards, including the Postdoctoral Research Award from the Biophysical Society, the AAAS/Science Program for Excellence in Science award, and the Robert A. Welch Foundation Pre-doctoral Fellowship. Rahul has also published several papers on the topic of intrinsically disordered proteins. He has completed a course on Text Classification for NLP Using BERT and has presented machine learning models for various healthcare problems at conferences.
